STEP 1

Declarant receives export data from exporter, renders the data and send the initial dataset to Ledger for customs and regulatory compliance control.

STEP 2

Ledger, checks each product against customs and regulatory compliance rules using Tariff and reports back whether the shipment is all OK to go.

STEP 3

Declarant receives “Ledger Verified” dataset and creates datasets for export declarations and other required documents to send to customs agent for official processing.

STEP 4

Transcom, receives the official and prepares NCTS declaration to send to transporter or their agent. Transporter files the declaration and reports back with official NCTS dataset.

STEP 5

Declarant renders all data and uses CodeMap to convert HS codes for destination country and send the import declaration data importer or their customs agent for filing import declaration.
